If you bought the product at a store, please return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.

If you purchased from our website, please email us at orders@plantiva.com with the order #, and the SO # from the box label if possible. We'll replace the product or provide a 100% refund as you prefer. We may or may not need the product returned; we'll contact you with further instructions if necessary. 

In case of damage during shipping, please refuse the shipment or contact us with a photo of the damage and we will replace the item immediately.
